Markus also needed a High School senior portrait for the yearbook. This was a short 20-minute session to select a pose for the Junction City High School Yearbook. We will be photographing his outside session during Spring break. We split this package into two sessions, saving the 40 minute remaining session for the outdoors as this client is the outdoorsy type. I've attached their favorites from his studio session last Saturday. Enjoy!

Before I found God at an Apostolic church, I would look at nature and know that there was a supreme being out there that had to have created the beautiful and intricate things in nature. Those discoveries were made as a child growing up in Baltimore, in a home situated in a city park. When I started delving into photography, it intensified my awareness of the beauty of nature. I don't normally get up early, but had to photograph this beautiful sunrise that God provided for humanity for us to enjoy. Here are four stages of the sunrise from this morning for your viewing pleasure.

To avoid having the client drive 20 minutes to our studio in the country, I usually have them text or email a picture of the graduate and their outfits. I was surprised to see how tall Zachary was compared to what he looked like in his texted pic. :) This was a split session since it was cold outside, so we photographed mainly studio shots and will reschedule his outside session in warmer weather. The client mainly needed a portrait for the Junction City High School Yearbook. I've listed Zach's favorites from his session and the first portrait listed is the one he chose for his yearbook portrait. Enjoy!

Natalie's mom wanted to get a rustic outside portrait because she wants the photo to be printed on wood. We used the twinkle light background inside as it went perfect with Natalie's gorgeous baby blue coat. I have included a few of my favorites that we took during the two short sessions today for your viewing pleasure. Enjoy!
Capturing The Moment Photography volunteered again this year to do portraits for Faith Tabernacle's family banquet. The proceeds went to Apostolic Academy, Faith Tabernacle's christian school. It was hard to narrow down my favorites but I have included my favorite top ten. Enjoy! ;)

I just happened to look outside and noticed the beautiful colors in the clouds and quickly grabbed my camera and tripod to get a few shots before this beautiful sunset disappeared. I have included the few shots that God provided for your viewing pleasure. Enjoy!!!
